Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is an important component to personal growth and development. Do you need someone to talk to? Or to express yourself in a safe environment? Therapy provides a safe and confidential environment for individuals to work toward improving overall emotional health and wellbeing

Family Therapy

Our family members are often the closest people to us and the most influential on our emotional well being. What happens when problems arise within the family system? Things get difficult. That is when family therapy can help.Research indicates that therapy can be an effective means of improving familial relationships and overall well-being.

Addiction

Addiction is the inability to stop using a substance once you start. Once you start, the development of tolerance to the substance gets stronger over time and your dependency grows exponentially and finally leads to withdrawal symptoms that can create a vicious cycle. Are you struggling with this? Are your highs really high and your lows really low? If you feel that struggle with the control you have over a substance, money, food, etc., consider meeting with a professional.

Anxiety

Anxiety is the physical response the body has to fear and the anticipation of the future threat. Anxiety can cause restlessness, irritability, and difficulty concentrating.  People struggle with sleeping and completing tasks when anxiety is at its highest. Did you know you can work through this?

Codependency

What is it exactly? Codependency is one half of a dysfunctional relationship. You may have a family member who struggles with drugs or alcohol and you genuinely want to help your loved one story using or drinking, you may start believing that when he or she is better, then you will be better. Do you jump from relationship to relationship, working harder on another person’s problems, volunteering or agreeing to things that you find unpleasant, needing excessive reassurance from others, you may be emotionally unwell. If you feel that you might struggle with codependency you can gain control over your own behavior through setting boundaries and asking for help.

Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD)

Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) is a mental health condition characterized by a pervasive pattern of grandiosity, a need for admiration, and a lack of empathy for others. Individuals with NPD often have an inflated sense of self-importance, believing they are superior to others and deserving of special treatment. They may exaggerate their achievements, seek constant validation and admiration, and display arrogant or entitled behavior. Additionally, people with NPD often have difficulty empathizing with others and may exploit or manipulate them to achieve their own goals. While individuals with NPD may appear confident and charismatic, their relationships are often shallow and superficial, as they struggle to form genuine connections and prioritize their own needs above others’. NPD can significantly impair functioning in various areas of life and can lead to interpersonal conflicts, problems in work or school settings, and difficulties maintaining relationships.epression can create feelings of sadness, emptiness, and hopelessness. People with depression often report that they have lost interest in things that once were pleasurable. Depression can cause people to lose or gain weight, sleep too much or not enough, diminish energy levels…sound familiar? If you struggle with depressions, please reach out for help.
